Print design and copy for Team Irshad and the Bay Rise development: letter drops, just listed and sold flyers, vouchers, property booklets, open home signage and event print.

Challenge

Print has to work in a few seconds on a doorstep or a letterbox. It needs to look sharp, stay on brand and get people to make a call, often on a tight turnaround.

Solution

I write the copy and design each piece in Canva using the team's brand kit and templates, then prepare the files for print. That includes a 100 letter personalised mail run for Goodwood Heights, property booklets for listings and Bay Rise, and weekly flyer drops in Henderson.
